CHARLESTOWN NEVIS –Minister with responsibility for Public Utilities, Natural Resources and the Environment on Nevis Hon Carlisle Powell, said Monday that the Nevis Island Administration’s (NIA) forward thinking move to secure additional water sources over the last two years for the island has borne fruit.
